With the transparency that social media brings to bear, people have begun to blur the lines between personal and work. That’s why we try to balance the content between that which inspires us at a deeply personal level and that which is inspiring about business. We believe that a brand is ultimately made up of a group of individuals bonded to a mission who seek to involve others (customers/clients) into that mission.
We seek to equip and train ANYONE who aspires to inspire another. The way we like to say it is, now you can choose to inspire anyone. The 7 Principles of Inspiration can be used by team leaders to take their team to a deeper level of engagement and performance. The 7 Principles can be used by brand managers to create truly inspiring transactions between a brand and its constituents, creating a more passionate and loyal following.
Critics have argued that inspiration is soft and subjective. Perhaps it can be but we have been highly successful at putting some meaningful metrics around the drivers of inspiration that have undeniable affect.
