Joanne Layne is SVP & Change Management Practice Lead with Lee Hecht Harrison. She demonstrates thought leader level of knowledge and understanding of consulting on organizational change management, talent development and learning initiatives and solutions. Joanne leads change management initiatives globally and regionally, including employee engagement, culture change, and organizational effectiveness. She has extensive experience building organizational and leadership capability during restructurings, IT transformations, mergers and acquisitions.
Joanne has a drive-for-results orientation with the ability to translate complex, strategic topics into specific, understandable goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables. She has superior presentation and facilitation skills, strong planning, proposal writing and project management skills, the ability to organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a self-directed leader. Joanne has a proven excellence in client facing roles. She partners with Regional and Global Business and Functional leaders to identify project requirements and resources, and follow-through to increase organizational effectiveness.
Joanne has a strong business acumen in the financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals industries. She has Subject Matter expertise in change management, resilience, training and development, employee engagement and career development. Joanne is able to work well with diverse levels and cultures. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
