Lorraine Waller is RBC’s Director of Regulatory and Government Affairs. Lorraine is a dynamic attorney with a unique perspective based on varied experiences with the Federal Reserve Board, U.S. Senate and leading financial institutions. She then assumed the role of managing AHA’s Financial Reporting Department, overseeing AHA’s consolidated financial reporting. In 2009, she was promoted to Vice President-Finance for the Greater Southeast Affiliate, and tasked with streamlining the financial operations for AHA’s second largest affiliate. Prior to joining the American Heart Association, Carol worked in the wireless telecommunication industry in Dallas, Texas.
