In 2009, she was promoted to Vice President-Finance for the Greater Southeast Affiliate, and tasked with streamlining the financial operations for AHA’s second largest affiliate. Prior to joining the American Heart Association, Carol worked in the wireless telecommunication industry in Dallas, Texas.
