Cynthia Diehl with RISE Strengths
You hear it all the time, “teens don’t have clue” and “we are in trouble with this next generation of entitled and ‘give it to me now’ kids”. Well, when you talk to Cynthia Diehl, Communication Specialist and Founder of RISE Strengths, you’ll walk away with a completely different level of understanding as to who our teens and young adults really are. In this episode of Phoenix Business Radio, we meet up with Cynthia, Xavier and his mother Bernice. Xavier is an impressive student athlete at Brophy Prep who at the time he met Cynthia, felt like his world was crashing in on him. It’s a success story every parent needs to hear!
Using her experience as a trained facilitator and Gallup Certified Consultant, Cynthia built the curriculum for RISE to give her students a better understanding of who they are and how they can capitalize on their strengths instead of focusing on their weaknesses.
Cynthia’s zone of excellence is bringing out the best in her students. She finds great satisfaction in helping them better understand themselves in order to achieve their goals and amplify their success.
She helps them identify and more effectively execute by using their talents and strengths allowing them to take their personal and professional life to a whole new level.
She is a true advocate for her clientele who need support, encouragement, confidence and a sense of direction. Clients and colleagues alike consider her a trusted advisor and mentor.
Cynthia’s proprietary workshops and sessions can be done on a one-on-one, team, or organizational basis.
She has successfully worked with organizations ranging from youth programs, corporations, large government agencies, non-profits and more.

Jodi Towns, Networking for Healthcare
Founder of Networking for Healthcare and Organizer Jodi Towns went on a hunt to find a networking group just for healthcare people. Much to her surprise, there were none in her community that actively supported physicians, practitioners and other medical people meeting each other to form strategic referral relationships with each other. So she decided to start her own!
Her promise is to keep the group true to just professionals only working in a healthcare or medical position. This group is NOT for those who would like to have a medical person as a customer or client. There’s plenty of other GREAT groups that offer that type of networking.
The Mix and Mingle, after work event will be held every other month. Medical practices are welcome to submit their interest as a “host” location. Right now, Jodi has a wait list for the next couple of events.
As a Marketing Mixologist, Jodi Towns offers consulting services to help businesses create marketing strategies to launch or re-launch their brand, product or service to the world. Jodi has spent the past 6 years in healthcare, specifically Concierge Medicine and knows what it takes to make a medical practice stand out from all the rest, attract your ideal patient, build physician referral partnerships and create a BRAND you can be proud of!
