ServRx (the New Third Party Solutions) is a healthcare disrupter, pharmacy, and patient advocate helping community pharmacies process Workers’ Compensation bills the correct way. ServRx is not partnered with any PBM (pharmacy benefit manager) to redirect prescriptions, so accepted work comp claims will be paid at a higher and more fair rate – typically 3x to 4x of what the PBM’s pay.

Todd Delano is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ServRx and with more then 15 years experience he serves on a number of advisory and leadership boards. Todd’s outstanding market knowledge and workers’ compensation expertise have proven invaluable during the national expansion of ServRx.

Todd has worked directly with the Industrial Commission of Arizona and other states, and is well connected to decision makers and lobbyists throughout the U.S., who write workers’ compensation policy key to operations. Todd was instrumental in recruiting the current executive team.

He holds a degree in finance, and was an award winning sales representative for Pfizer, Inc. for seven years prior to the formation of ServRx in 2009. Todd is also very active in the community, particularly in youth sports.

Kamee Witts is a Registered Nurse of over 20 years. She has cared for a variety of patient populations but she saw first hand the need for more mental health care in her several years as an ER Nurse.

Kamee is currently completing her Masters degree, she will be Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

3 years ago she started ReNew Infusions with her business partners after seeing the profound effect Ketamine infusions had for her loved one during a PTSD crisis.

Kamee and her business partners have created ReNew Infusions to pave the way for psychedelic assisted treatment and other wholistic approaches to combating the mental health crisis we continue to face.

Melissa German was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Arizona 22 years ago.

Melissa has owned her own real estate business since 2006. Melissa is also now co-owner of Renew Infusions and Integrative Rejuvenation and handles business, marketing and operations.

Since Renew Infusions opened in 2019 Melissa has become passionate about mental health treatment and the difference it has made in the lives of the patients.

She is the mother of two sons ages 23 and 16. Melissa loves music and travel, hanging out with her friends and family and is always looking for a new adventure.

Erica Gentile was born and raised in western MI, Erica moved to AZ after graduating from Michigan State University to teach middle school math and science.

After a couple of years teaching, Erica decided to venture into the business world and earned her MBA at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey program.

After a few years working in the document management industry, Erica ventured out to open a kid’s resale store as part of the Kid to Kid franchise, which has been open for almost 11 years.

In addition to owning the store, Erica works full time as the Director of Sales for a document management company called ICM Document Solutions and is the CFO for Renew Infusions supporting Kamee and Melissa’s magic from behind the scenes by doing all the fun numbers stuff!

He shared, “So always try to have a purpose, because if you don’t have a purpose, you cannot guide where are you going. So you cannot define your goals and you cannot define what are you going to do to achieve those goals. So at the end, you are kind of lost. Mr. Steinmetz graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics. Additionally, Steinmetz has continued his education by graduating from the Business Management Training (BMT) program provided by Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.

In 2008, David was the national recipient of the National Industries for the Blind Milton J. Samuelson Career Achievement award. This prestigious award recognized Mr. Steinmetz for his career achievements and community service work.

David Steinmetz is a member of the Governors’ Council on Blindness & Visual Impairments, is a Board Member at the Arizona Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired (ACBVI) and serves his community through the Chandler Lions Club.
