ServRx (the New Third Party Solutions) is a healthcare disrupter, pharmacy, and patient advocate helping community pharmacies process Workers’ Compensation bills the correct way. Todd-Delano-Tycoons-of-Small-BizTodd Delano is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ServRx and with more then 15 years experience he serves on a number of advisory and leadership boards.  Todd’s outstanding market knowledge and workers’ compensation expertise have proven invaluable during the national expansion of ServRx.

Todd has worked directly with the Industrial Commission of Arizona and other states, and is well connected to decision makers and lobbyists throughout the U.S., who write workers’ compensation policy key to operations.  Todd was instrumental in recruiting the current executive team.

In addition to owning the store, Erica works full time as the Director of Sales for a document management company called ICM Document Solutions and is the CFO for Renew Infusions supporting Kamee and Melissa’s magic from behind the scenes by doing all the fun numbers stuff!

Erica is very passionate about the gut brain connection and how our food, environment, and lifestyle affect not only our physical health but our mental health as well.

Erica is the mom of 2 very energetic sons ages 5 and 9 and hikes and salsa dances in her free time.

Ricardo is a leader in our industry with over 16 years experience as a Project Manager, PMO Leader and Consultant. He is also holds the #2 ranking in the Thinkers360 Project Management category.

Ricardo and PMO Joe chatted about having a Growth Mindset, with Ricardo sharing, “the pace of change in the world is so dramatic that if you are not learning continuously you are going to be out of the race because things are changing very fast right now so you have to keep learning.” Ricardo works for Microsoft which promotes the growth mindset, “here at Microsoft we have some time allocated in our daily work or weekly work for training because the company really believes in the need and the power of training and continuous learning.”

Ricardo also shares his perspectives on Artificial Intelligence in Project Management, the Project Economy, and having Purpose with his work. He shared, “So always try to have a purpose, because if you don’t have a purpose, you cannot guide where are you going. So you cannot define your goals and you cannot define what are you going to do to achieve those goals. So at the end, you are kind of lost. So we all need to have a purpose mission in our life, not only in our career.”

Diagnosed with RP, a blinding retinal disease, at the age of 19, David uses his personal story to drive change that leads to improved employment outcomes and community integration for people who are blind or visually impaired.

Mr. Steinmetz graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics. Additionally, Steinmetz has continued his education by graduating from the Business Management Training (BMT) program provided by Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.

In 2008, David was the national recipient of the National Industries for the Blind Milton J. Samuelson Career Achievement award. This prestigious award recognized Mr. Steinmetz for his career achievements and community service work.
