Paul Black/Brannon + Black

Paul Black’s experience as the son of two parents with big health challenges is what led him to the work he does today. His mother has wrestled with Parkinson’s Disease for more than two decades. While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Paul gained invaluable experience interning at the two senior-oriented divisions of Atlanta Legal Aid Society, the Georgia Senior Legal Hotline and the Senior Citizens Law Project. After graduation from GSU Law, Paul was chosen from dozens of applicants nationwide as one of three 2010-2011 Borchard Foundation Law & Aging Fellows.

After completing his fellowship in late 2011, Paul launched his own private practice. He joined Chris Brannon to found Brannon+ Black in January 2014. Today, Paul finds great satisfaction in serving clients across Georgia who need help with elder law issues (including Medicaid & Veterans Benefits eligibility issues, guardianships and conservatorships), estate planning and administration, and special needs planning.
