David is a board member of the St. Louis MPI Chapter, and a very active industry netweaver. He is the co-founder of BusyEvent, a highly customizable multi-event mobile app that delivers ROA. David’s hobby job is as a spinning instructor blending his love for cycling and music together into getting paid to work out and relieve stress.

Joe Reardon serves as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Hotel Equities, an Atlanta-based, full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm.
He oversees the development team, negotiates management contracts and evaluates the financial feasibility of the firm’s acquisition opportunities. He utilizes the existing portfolio of 50+ hotel assets as a platform for rapid growth with current and potential owners.
With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Reardon came from Alliance Hospitality where he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he also oversaw business development for the firm’s extensive portfolio. He previously served five years as VP Sales & Marketing for the Noble Interstate Group and Noble Investment Group where he managed a nationwide portfolio of hotels.
Mr. Reardon began his career with Marriott International in Sales and Marketing, transitioned to Operations as General Manager in various locations, but later moved back to sales where he was promoted to Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. Over a 17-year span, he earned prestigious awards for work in select service, full service and resort hotels, including the Director of Marketing of the Year and the General Manager President’s Cup.
With a proven track record of transforming sales cultures and systems to drive top line revenue, he develops strong teams and creates opportunities that make a positive impact on market share and profitability.
Mr. Reardon holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration & Tourism Management from North Carolina State University. He and his wife live in Roswell with their two sons.

She is serves as a Board Member with the GNFCC (Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce) and serves on their Work Force Development Committee. Indra serves on the AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) Board, Atlanta Chapter. She is also on the board of GATN (Greater Alpharetta Technology Network) a non-profit organization that will work to help create, unite and strengthen the Greater Alpharetta technology company community by promoting and advancing the interests of that community through the offering of networking, educational, and thought leadership events and opportunities. She also volunteers as an Industry Guide at the RUMC(Roswell United Methodist Church) for their Job Networking Events.

I have a passion for good food, helping projects succeed and spending quality time with my loved ones. So it should surprise no one that these passions led me directly into the special events industry. After graduating from Trinity University, I started my career at the UPS Corporate Headquarters where one of my responsibilities was planning departmental meetings and events. My love for this piece of her job led me to seek out a position with a full service special event company and soon she I coordinating corporate picnics and family days for groups up to 20,000 at The Fun Company. However, my passion for sales and marketing, along with a passion for fabulous food, ultimately led to my current position as the Director of Taste Experiences at TEP Catering.
I currently serve as the President-Elect for ISES Greater Atlanta and am an active member of MPI, ICA, and WIPA.
