Glenn Leingang cut his teeth in franchising by first becoming a franchisee of a popular restaurant franchisor. He had no experience in the restaurant industry and simply followed the system that he purchased.

After selling his franchise, he became enamored with the franchise industry as a whole. Glenn believed that if a franchisor could teach him to operate a successful restaurant, then everything is reproduceable.

Glenn served as Vice President for some of the largest franchise brands in America, and now serves as Chief Development Officer for Generator Supercenter Franchising.

Generator Supercenter has been in business for 17 years and begun franchising in 2018. “At Generator Supercenter we have experienced explosive growth over the last two years which Glenn attributes this success to our brand, service, and team.” His passion and love for entrepreneurs and the entire franchise industry is truly authentic.

Glenn is originally from New Orleans and graduated from Tulane University.

Bob Fish has been in the coffee business as a franchisor of coffee shops with his business partner, Mike McFall, since 1999.

Originally from Augsburg, Germany, Bob attended The American School in London, UK before eventually continuing his studies in Hospitality Management at Michigan State University.

In 1993, before the foundation of BIGGBY® COFFEE, Bob had been a part-owner of a Flap Jack restaurant in Lansing, MI until he sold his stakes in the pancake house. Bob also held positions as a chairman of the Board at the Small Business Association of Michigan and the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association.

Bob’s Moonshot is to personally change the lives of one million people in a positive, multi-generational way.

Michael Wagner was born in California but grew up a military brat who lived in many spots and traveled around the world. Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with degrees in Economics and Spanish.

Prior to Pool Scouts he worked as the Corporate Sales Officer for Chartway Federal Credit Union. Before Chartway, Michael was the Global Client Services Leader for DuPont Sustainable Solutions. He held multiple senior leadership roles for Coastal Training Technologies Corporation (acquired by DuPont) over a 19-year career.

As the President of Pool Scouts, Michael oversees the business and works to drive growth and ensure franchisee support. When not working hard to set new benchmarks for the pool cleaning and maintenance business, he enjoys traveling to Costa Rica to surf, playing in the “over 50” soccer league, boating, and playing an occasional round of golf.

Scott Moffitt, CEO of Sunny Street Cafe, has had a life-long passion for the restaurant business, racking up experience in management training programs, franchisee profitability, franchise operations, and senior development roles for many nationally and internally recognized brands such as: Mrs. Fields Cookies, Great American Cookies, Pretzel Time, PretzelMaker, TCBY, La Salsa Fresh Mexican, Carl Jr’s and Hardee’s.

For CKE Restaurants (Carl Jr’s, Hardee’s and La Salsa), Scott spearheaded the development of their franchising strategy.
