Thyme to Cater is a local, professional full-service caterer in Jackson County; serving all of Northeast Georgia. Chef Keith Mosser has more than 26 years experience in the food service industry. He lived in Europe for 8 years after high school where he attended culinary school in Florence, Italy. Then apprenticed under
world renowned chef, Johann Lafer in Stromberg, Germany.
Chef Keith worked at several other michelin star restaurants before returning to the US where he spent some years at Chateau Elan where he met his wife Mindy. They moved to Ohio for 12 years where they opened and operated the original Thyme to Cater company for nearly ten of those. Family brought them back to Georgia in 2017, where they made a home in Jefferson with their five children. Keith and Mindy are happy to serve friends and neighbors in Jackson County with Thyme to Cater (2.0). Thyme to Cater has a great reputation of amazing food and service. Junior Leadership Jackson is a community based, 8-month leadership program for high school students who live in Jackson County. JLJ aims to support the development of young leaders through structured events and educational programs in partnership with the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Jackson program.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact and learn from representatives of various industries and organizations in and around Jackson County. The program consists of four to five (4-5) community focused field trips and leadership learning opportunities.
Open to Juniors and Seniors who attend public, private and home-based schools.

Robin Martinelli is a native of Georgia. In the early 90’s, she was a Detention Certified Sheriff’s Deputy in both Forsyth and Rockdale counties. She began her career in the professional Process Service industry in 1995. During her tenure with a top legal services firm, Robin trained to become a Private Investigator in Atlanta. In 1996, Robin founded Coleman and Associates, a process serving agency. Soon after she obtained her Private Investigator license in 1998. The field of private investigations invoked in her an intense passion of helping others. It was then that Robin’s vision of establishing her own agency commenced, and her drive & determination would lead the way to fulfilling her goal beyond her dreams. In 2003, after obtaining her own agency license, Coleman and Associates evolved into Martinelli Investigations, Inc. Martinelli Investigations, Inc. is a female owned, family operated business. Family Connection is the largest statewide network of communities in the United States. Each of the 159 counties in the state of Georgia are a part of the network and have made a commitment to improve results for families and children.
Jackson County Family Connection is a community based partnership of public and private leaders, agencies and organizations, businesses, local government, the faith community, families, and youth. The partnership provides as opportunity for organizations to work together to improve the lives of citizens in Jackson County through collaboration.
Jackson County Family Connection is not a service provider; rather, it is a formal process of collaboration, promoting results-focused planning and local decision making.
The collaborative has created a strategic annual operating plan to guide its efforts to improve conditions for Jackson County families. Embedded in this plan are goals to ensure that all children are healthy, start school ready to learn, succeed in school, and have strong, self sufficient families. The work of the collaborative is based on a framework of accountability which calls for reforms to be made in the way that we support families, the way decisions are made, and the way that we address financing and budgeting.
Jackson County Family Connection is a private 501(c)3 organization run by a volunteer board of directors that employ an Executive Director.
