He has been provoking thought and providing instant pain relief for talent sourcing and recruiting agony since 1996. Mr. Steckerl is the author of the industry textbookThe Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Handbook ISBN 978-1928734796. Hailing from Colombia, S.A., Shally now lives with his family in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an Adjunct Faculty at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a frequently requested keynote speaker at recruitment leadership conferences around the world.

Stefanie Steckerl is a founding member and Vice President of The Sourcing Institute. She manages all technical operations, including web development, vendor relations, customer support, desktop support, webinar support, training coordination and delivery.
Originally from Maine, Stefanie has a Masters in Computer Information Systems, and now lives in Atlanta with her family.
