Louise is the Group Resources Director of XEROX in Europe, having held executive operations and HR roles in a variety of international blue-chip retail organizations including ICY/Fujitsu Services, Hurst Publishing Group and Woolworths.
Through her leadership not only in Europe but across other parts of the world she has a broad international experience of leading the HR functions of companies. By her mid-twenties she had led the down-sizing of several thousand people.Â
In a career spanning 30 years, she is an expert in delivering major restructuring and organizational change programs, as well as in acquisitions and disposals – a role where she has worked very closely with CFOs of those companies to achieve success.
