Scott Henderson is the managing director of CauseShift, he helps brand, startups, and nonprofits of all sizes attract, engage, and activate passionate people using emerging media and collaborative initiatives. Over the past five years alone, he has helped launch Hypepotamus, Speak Justice Now, Startup America Partnership, and the UN’s 7 Billion Actions, while also providing strategic counsel to P&G, UNICEF, TLC/Discovery Channel, Aetna, SXSW Interactive Festival & SXSW V2V, and the City of Louisville. He is proud to be from Nebraska and lives with his wife and son in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hannah Brencher pins her passion to projects that bring the human touch back into the digital age. At the age of 23, Hannah founded The World Needs More Love Letters — an internationally recognized organization that harnesses the power behind social media to mobilize and empower individuals through tangible acts of love. In two years, the global community has grown to over 20,000 individuals across 6 continents, 52 countries, all 50 states and over 100 college campuses. Hannah and her work have been featured in outlets such as Oprah, the Huffington Post, TED.com, Glamour, BBC News, CNN World News, and the Wall Street Journal. Hannah recently sold her first book to Howard Books of Simon & Schuster.
Venue
Roam is Atlanta’s premiere coworking space. We’ll be meeting in The Garage, their largest meeting room. There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
