Kristen is a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association and has been named as one of the Top 100 influential Women in Franchising by Business Woman Magazine.
Prior to MassageLuXe, Kristen was with Self Esteem Brands overseeing franchise and consumer marketing for over 5,000 global locations.
She has also held roles in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings and as an adjunct professor of marketing at University of Wisconsin River Falls.
