Rachel Southard, Brand President: Rachel joined Threshold Brands as the President of Men in Kilts in June of 2021.
Prior to joining Threshold, Rachel was a consultant at an Ogilvy company where she led strategy behind digital experience initiatives for brands such as Southwest Airlines, Chick-Fil-A, Christian Brothers Automotive and Caesars.
For the ten years prior to her time at Ogilvy, Rachel worked at Self Esteem Brands (SEB) leading operations for Anytime Fitness franchise, a $1.5B global operation with over 4,000 locations worldwide.
