Welcome to another episode of Franchise Marketing Radio, where we bring you the latest insights and stories from the world of franchising. Today, we have a special episode in honor of National Waste & Recycling Workers Week. We’re delighted to have two distinguished guests from the redbox+ Dumpsters franchise.
Joining us is Jessica Bisher, the owner of the highly successful redbox+ Dumpsters location in Bucks County, PA. Jessica transitioned from a corporate career to owning one of the top-performing franchises in the network, leveraging her civil engineering background to drive success. Alongside Jessica, we have Sean Foley, the President of redbox+ Dumpsters, to provide us with a broader perspective on the brand’s growth and vision. Let’s dive into their stories and learn about the innovative strategies that make redbox+ Dumpsters a leader in the waste management industry.
Sean Foley’s extensive experience makes him an excellent brand president for redbox+ Dumpsters. As the brand’s Director of Operations, Sean achieved significant milestones, such as implementing new operational systems, launching new programs, and negotiating vendor agreements to provide franchisees with greater flexibility.
Additionally, Sean has decades of prior franchise experience, including five years as a franchise business coach and five years as a franchisee. His accomplishments include being named the 2016 franchisee of the year in that system. As a business owner, Sean led a highly successful operation, managing over 140 employees and achieving substantial growth.
