Lanelle Henderson/Guest Co-Host
Lanelle Henderson, Regional Development Director at Constant Contact, is a marketing expert and passionate entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience helping small businesses, non-profits and associations apply the power of relationship marketing to grow their organization. She has worked with hundreds of Georgia entrepreneurs – ranging from novice to seasoned marketers – on how to grow their customer or member base through sharp business practices and smart online marketing programs, including email marketing, event marketing and social media marketing. An active member of the Georgia business community, Lanelle is a popular speaker and trainer on marketing and business topics with a special interest in hospitality, community and education, and a focus on empowering women.
Dwight Willis/Trinity Training Center of Atlanta, LLC
Dwight Willis is an HR/Employee Relations Specialist known for his determined and unyielding advocacy for employees within the mental health sector. Due to the demands and conditions that most mental health and social service employees experience, Dwight has focused the majority of his work experience being a hands-on leader, developing employee wellness initiatives, coaching and counseling employees regarding work and personal issues, and assisting leaders to understand the benefits of positive employee-employer relationships. Most recently, Dwight was the HR Director (sole HR staff) of a mental health agency with a staff of up to 103; some of his duties included recruiting/selection, coordinating training and development opportunities, payroll, benefits administration, and developing policies and procedures. Upon graduating from Georgia State University, Dwight has worked in Human Resources since 2003 with the Social Security Administration and with various mental health agencies since 2007. Currently, Dwight is attending Argosy University pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
With the skills and experiences that Dwight has under his belt, developing and pursuing Trinity Training Center has been a persistent goal of his. Trinity Training will, in essence, encompass all of his talents including event coordination, management, interviewing, graphic design, as well as an understanding of current trends of mental health and the needs of clinicians throughout the state.
Nikki Turpeaux/Archangel Tactical
Nikke Turpeaux is the Owner and Director of Women’s Programs with Archangel Tactical. Nikki is a native Texan, having grown up in Houston, Texas and graduating from the University of Houston. In 1995, Nikki represented the City of Houston, as Ms. Houston and was a Top Ten Finalist for Ms. Texas, in the Ms. America Scholarship Pageant. Following her graduation from college, Nikki had a successful career in the fields of Insurance and Premium Finance, and relocated to Atlanta.
After taking an Introduction to Handguns course at a local range in 2010, Nikki found a new passion and continued to develop her skill and knowledge of firearms. Since 2010, Nikki has attended various training courses, to include the world renowned Roger’s Shooting School in Ellijay, Ga., where she was the first female to shoot a perfect score in the school’s challenging Urban Rifle Course. In 2011, Nikki decided to leave Corporate America and founded Archangel Tactical. Since then, Nikki has trained hundreds of men and women, created the Get a G.R.I.PTM Ladies Personal Defense System, as well as, participating in numerous IDPA, 3 Gun and Tactical matches. Last year she was asked to film the first Women’s Concealed Carry Instructional DVD for the Personal Defense Network. She will be featured in an article in Combat Handguns Magazine in March of 2013 & will also be interviewed by the European Media about her Women’s GRIP Program later this month.
