Stacy Cook / Federal Management Partners
Stacy Cook joined Federal Management Partners in 2008 after completing a tour with the DoD Task Force for Business and Stability Operations in Iraq. Since joining FMP, Ms. Cook has specialized in analyzing, developing, delivering, and evaluating customized training programs aligned with organizational development and change management initiatives. She has conducted over 2,000 hours of classroom training on subjects related to performance management, presentation skills, meeting effectiveness, leadership development, coaching skills, workforce planning, and many more. A recognized thought leader, Ms. Cook has led a variety of public presentations on the topic of Learning and Development, most recently at the 2014 ASTD (now ATD) International Conference and Exposition and the 2014 SHRM Annual Conference.
Ms. Cook also has deep expertise in all aspects of performance management including designing performance management systems, change communications for new system implementations, writing effective performance objectives, delivering and receiving performance feedback, and cascading organizational goals to the work unit and individual performance plans.
Ms. Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, International Studies, and Russian Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin. She also holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from the Teachers College of Columbia University in New York City.
