The mission of AutismWish is to create meaningful partnerships with organizations and businesses that share the commitment to fostering autism acceptance, advocacy, and education. By collaborating together to support impactful community events, educational resources and their widely recognized Embracing Autism podcast. Connecting with a dedicated audience of parents, caregivers and advocates. Opportunities provide a unique platform to showcase values, enhance brand visibility and directly contribute to making a difference in the lives of autistic individuals and their families. Together amplifying awareness and drive positive change.

AutismWish is dedicated to fostering a world where autistic individuals and their families thrive, embracing and celebrating neurodiversity. As an autistic-run, family-operated social enterprise; they deeply understand the joys and challenges of being autistic and raising autistic children. The mission is to create a neuro-affirming environment that celebrates the unique strengths of every individual while acknowledging the realities of caregiver burnout and the barriers faced by autistic individuals.

Through grants, educational resources, speaking engagements, and advocacy, they aim to empower families and individuals by providing meaningful support, resources and community connections. Initiatives, such as the monthly grant, Valentine’s Card Club and 4th of July earmuff drive are designed to reduce stigma; build acceptance and foster belonging in the autism community.

At the heart of AutismWish is the belief that neurodiversity is a vital part of the human experience. They strive to break down barriers, promote inclusivity, and inspire acceptance for all individuals to live as their authentic selves. Together, building a future where differences are celebrated, communities are inclusive and every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Tom Sheldon is a lifelong Georgian and longtime businessman in the Northeast Georgia area.

With a strong history in the business networking world; Tom has served as Chairman, President and Vice-President in multiple networking organizations. His fundamentals are simple: build relationships through networking and provide support when needed. After all, “we do business with people we know and like.” This has given him the ability in the past to build a successful small business in an ultra- competitive environment.

Tom has worked with other BRX studios since 2018 as a host and guest host; he is now the proud CEO and Executive Producer of the Northeast Georgia Business RadioX Studio. The podcasting world nicely compliments his Voice Over career he began in 2019.
