Shawn McMorrough and Jose Alvarez from Gracie Barra Gainesville are talking to us about the “Gentle Art” of Jiu-Jitsu. Both have found that it makes a vast difference in their own lives and well-being and that of their members.
And Cheyenne Ergle, from Station 300 Gainesville (formerly known as the Gainesville Bowling Center), is joining us with a HUGE update about all of the fun that’s happening at the bowling alley!
