3P Group, Inc. was founded by Jennifer Johnson, and her husband Toby, in 2011. The company focuses on improving the self worth, confidence, and success of entrepreneurs through proven training, coaching, and accountability.

She is a Certified Fearless Living Life Coach and a Certified Money Marketing and Soul Coach, and in 2011, created the 3P Coaching brand. Then, in 2014, Jennifer further focused in on her love of sales, creating her 6 Figure Sacred Sales System, as a powerful tool to help clients establish their ‘personal brand’ around sales, which only comes when they truly realize the value of not just their product or service offering, but their value as well. From identifying and overcoming their limiting beliefs, to understanding their ‘Money Mindset’ (the deep, unconscious roots of all thoughts and actions around money), all while coaching them to set and accomplish goals. She helps them unlock their inner ‘sparkle warrior’, getting them out of their own way, and heading down their divine path to success. Jennifer and her husband Toby have been married for over 24 years and their love for helping people realize their true value in this world spreads beyond business. They believe that a big part of their purpose on this earth is to give back, so they are active at Sun Valley Community Church, where they volunteer to help others meet, know, and follow Jesus. In 2018, building on their combined years of training, business, and volunteer experience, they created the Empowered Outlook Foundation, with the goal of rebuilding confidence and self-esteem in victims of sexual abuse, harassment, and other violent crimes.

Kristin Boyd is a candle maker and the proud owner of Vim + Vigor Candle Co. She started making candles in 2015 as a weekend project to salvage a cabinet full of half burned candles. That fun weekend project turned into a goal to figure out how to make a better quality candle that burned evenly from the start. A year of research and over 100 test trials later…Eureka! Kristin had successfully made a candle that burned cleanly and evenly down to the last drop of wax while filling her whole house with its aroma. She has been making that same quality candle ever since.
Her passion for repurposing old materials is what sparked this labor of love and Kristin chose copper as her candle vessel so that it might inspire others to repurpose the candle after it burns.

An HR consultant and leadership coach, Wendy McClellan is the founder and CEO of Structure for Success, a Scottsdale-based business development firm.
With more than 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, Wendy’s forte is building businesses from the ground up and training leaders to be effective, ethical, and accountable. She believes strong relationships and effective communication are the keys to success, and regularly speaks on communication, personal empowerment, Human Resources, and business development. Everything she does is centered on caring about her clients and her community. She has worked as the director of the Scottsdale chapter of the networking group Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC), and was on the board for the Girls Rule Foundation. She has also served as the Treasurer and the Vice President for the Women’s Enterprise Foundation (WEF), and as the Secretary for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She worked closely with the WOWOB (Women Owned Women Operated Business) movement, and is an instructor at ASU’s Lodestar Center.
In her personal life, Wendy has raised a family, put herself through college, and learned to allow success into her life. Each life challenge taught her a powerful lesson and led her down a new path on this amazing journey that is life.
