Russ Johns has over 30 years experience developing systems to create connections and build relationships. He’s been developing strategies to improve relationships with your ideal customers with a focus on relationship marketing, virtual marketing management, creating systems for connecting with prospects and follow up leads. Russ is passionate about connecting and developing relationships.

For over 25 years, Kyle Thomas has been a lover of the journey that comes with
building and exploring amazing companies and has run the gamut from
bootstrapped startup to exit. As a passionate storyteller, trusted mentor, father
and branding scientist Kyle has dipped his toes into many different industries and has dived fully into the Marketing and Philanthropic worlds.
Born into a humble, yet hard-working family – 4 generations of
Farmers/Ranchers – and watching his father become a general contractor was his first foray into the business world. He often laughs that he was in diapers when he was first riding a horse and picking up hammers. His blue collar background had laid the foundation for him to become the serial entrepreneur he
is today.
