Alejandre Richards is the CEO and Owner of Matrix Media Consulting Group. She is the Founder and Chair of the Annual Women In Business Conference. Richards brings 200+ women together to learn how to master their businesses and sustain longevity in a continually failing economic society.
Alejandre is a product of New York City. She was born to immigrants from the island of Barbados in the Caribbean. She was a professional athlete playing soccer, field hockey and rugby nationally and internationally. She subsequently owned three semi-pro soccer teams: The Orlando Falcons women’s soccer team which played in the WPSL, The Orlando Falcons men’s soccer team – which played in the PMSL and the Thomasville Lay Jackets, which later became the South Georgia Jackets.
Her career spans far and wide including Dr. of Optometry, Director of Marketing, Officer in the USAF and now owner of her business for 22+ years. She’s most passionate about helping women understand how business works and know how it can advance their growth. “I have done a lot of things in my life, been a lot of places, and there is not one thing that I have ever wanted to do the I have ever hesitated to do!”
