With more than 20 years of IT experience, Paul Green’s technology-infused leadership adds an exciting dimension to his role as Chief Development Officer at Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance. His creativity and boundary-pushing initiatives drive patient-centered solutions that result in greater care and service.
Paul started his career in the hospitality field where he focused on streamlining technology to meet and exceed business objectives. His marketing acumen and original campaigns led to national prominence within the hotel chain, allowing him to expand his role, ultimately rising to Chief Information Officer.
Seeking a new challenge, Paul joined Angel MedFlight as CIO in 2014 to strengthen the company’s IT capability in support of its continued growth. With a focus on the patient experience, Paul’s innovative influence is evident in everything from the company’s workflow to its online presence.
In 2018, Paul was named the Chief Development Officer to lead the company’s technology and business development initiatives. In 2019, Paul was named the Arizona Technology Council’s Transformational Leader of the Year at the 2019 Governor’s Celebration of Innovation (GCOI) Awards.
Six months later, the global COVID-19 pandemic forced Angel MedFlight to make an unprecedented pivot. Paul’s bold, proactive response and creative problem-solving drove Angel MedFlight’s successful transition of its entire workforce from the office to home.
