On this week’s episode of Mind Well, we welcome back Mandy Aidukaitis and ate joined by Monte Hauck. We hear both perspectives from the moment of the accident that took the life of Mandy’s daughter. We talk about forgiveness and what it really means on the other side of trauma. Each shares what made the difference in transitioning to healing after this traumatic loss.

As a Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner, Mandy Aidukaitis mindfully guides people through trauma. She is passionate about helping people identify and resolve issues, past and present, that create anxiety, depression, and unhappiness in their lives.
Mandy helps people develop self awareness through a variety of strategies. This includes anger and grief awareness, mentoring, creative visual imagery, meditation, and relaxation exercises. Mandy’s goal is to provide a safe place to talk and inspire balanced thinking, so you can make clear decisions.
Mandy was born and raised in London, England and has been living in Arizona with her husband, Lee, for several years. She is a mother of five including one that passed away 20 years ago. She enjoys eating all kinds of food, working out, playing with her eight grandkids and spending time with her children.In addition to all of this, she truly enjoys the work that she does connecting with her clients. She is a Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner. Her goal is to empower people to understand and integrate trauma, create wholeness within and form a mind, body, spirit connection.
Knowing firsthand the staggering toll that anxiety and depression can have in our lives, Mandy is passionate about helping others find peace. She focuses on personal growth by working through trauma. Self discovery will act as the guide regarding behavior, thoughts, emotions and spirituality. Mandy’s end goal is to help others find peace in their journey through life.
