The mother-daughter team gets personal with Karen’s own journey through cancer and recovery and her daughter’s role in bringing vibrancy back. Advanced Image Med Spa, located in Glendale, Arizona, offers advanced and comprehensive services to help people of all ages, ethnicities and lifestyles look youthful and natural. The center prides itself on its highly-trained estheticians and laser technicians, as well as the fact that it is owned and operated by Dr. Jennessa Iannitelli. 
With a focus on patient education, Image Med Spa is dedicated to ensuring every person who walks through their doors is fully informed of the options available to achieve realistic desired outcomes.
Dr. Jennessa Iannitelli is the owner and operator of Advanced Image Med Spa. She holds a medical degree and a Master’s in Biomedical Science, both from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She completed her internship at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan and her residency in Family Practice at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in California. She has received additional training in cosmetics procedures through the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery in Beverly Hills and has been trained and certified by Dr. Runels, the inventor of the Vampire procedures, and Dr. Trokel the inventor of the YLIFT. She has completed training in liposculpting through Core Dimension Training and is a National Trainer for High Definition Liposuction. She has also completed training in liposculpting through Core Dimension Training.
Dr. Iannitelli believes in a whole body and life approach to medicine, cosmetics, and pain management. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Family Practice, American Women’s Medical Association, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, and the American Academy of Pain Management. She received the George Wong, MD “I Care” Humanitarian Award at Pacific Hospital of Long Hospital for 2008-2009 and the Academic Excellence Award in Family Practice for 2009-2010.

Karen Janitell is the Vice President of Operations at Advanced Image Med Spa. She oversees the day to day activities of the facility and helps to ensure that each and every client has the best possible experience with every visit.
Prior to joining Advanced Image Med Spa, Karen was a seasoned sales, marketing and management executive, serving as executive director of enrollment and marketing at Western International University. She loves that her role at Advanced Image Med Spa gives her the opportunity to help people feel their best inside and out.
