Pioneer Title Agency has 70 offices across the state of Arizona and more than 600 employees – yet the company president Keith Newlon knows each person’s name and makes an effort to connect. Brenda shares about their 30th anniversary partnership with the Arizona Trails Association in which the entire company teamed up to cover all 811 miles of the Arizona National Scenic Trail and doubled their goal of raising $30,000 for the organization and their ongoing to efforts to engage the staff in loving the communities they serve.

Brenda Silveus is the Northern Arizona Area Manager for Pioneer Title Agency.
Named the 2017 Citizen of the Year by the Arizona Daily Sun and both the 2011 Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce Athena Award Winner as well as a 2016 Phoenix Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business honoree, Silveus has been a member of Pioneer Title Agency since 2003. She is currently the president of the Flagstaff Symphony and a past-president and graduate of the Flagstaff Leadership Program as well as a past-president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS, Northland Family Help Center, Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona and Soroptimist International of the Arizona Peaks, respectively.
Currently, Silveus also serves on the board of directors for Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. In 1997, she helped to found Hope’s Closet, a non-profit organization working to provide clothing to women who are working on returning to the workforce for professional interviews and meetings.
Silveus is deeply involved in the community stewardship vision, ideas and program development for Pioneer branches across Arizona.
