Sheila Keitel’s expertise spans over three decades in organization and talent development. She designs solutions for learning, growth and change, bringing experience from diverse industries such as power generation, insurance, non-profit and manufacturing. Sheila holds a Masters in Human Resources from Ottawa University, with emphasis in Change Management and is certified in several assessments, as well as change and project management. She leverages this expertise to provide solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, increase engagement and transform culture.
Ms. Keitel is an expert at equipping organizational leaders with essential tools and skills through coaching and learning that increases their ability to lead and retain high performing team. She partners with executive level leaders in the implementation of enterprise-wide strategies for leadership development, performance management and change.
Her ability to assess and build learning cultures that accelerate organizational growth and facilitate change has been breakthrough for many organizations, including having launched management development and succession planning development tracks for major companies. She has successfully consulted with leadership in diverse industries to architect learning strategies that transformed culture, aligned values, goals and competencies, and bringing best practices in the integration of culture and values with onboarding, performance management, recognition and succession planning.

DeeAnn Palin brings over twenty-five years of business and executive leadership with expertise in helping businesses grow and scale, honing-in on problem areas and setting a clear path to excellence. She takes pride in identifying and solving key business issues and creating game changing strategies, from restructuring operations to implementing various technologies, and revamping pay for performance and key operating processes.
DeeAnn Palin has extensive experience in organization development and culture change, and complements that with exceptional operations and results management. She has leveraged these skills across large companies, in start-ups, and in for-profit and nonprofit Boards and operations. She has worked in a multitude of industries including high tech, insurance, retail, private education, healthcare, and sports & entertainment. Ms. Palin is a project and change management professional and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University.
Ms. Palin coaches businesses and key executives through personal and organizational transformation, teaching executive leadership skills to manage both people and operations excellence to accelerate business growth. She works with the CEO and team to set or improve metrics and operating processes as well as establish effective decision-making processes. She works with the senior team individually and as a group to create high performance work teams, an effective culture and operation excellence.
She works as consultant, interim executive and/or coach, depending on the needs of the business. Ms. Palin has served in leadership roles on several boards, including Chair of the Northern Arizona University Foundation Board.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Matt Altman attended the University of Arizona where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business. He began his career in merchandising with the Phoenix Suns. Over a 12-year span he was Director of Merchandise for the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Coyotes, and oversaw retail operations for what is now Talking Stick Arena and Chase Field
In 2006 Matt Co-Founded the brand Sportiqe, a lifestyle clothing company with a niche of providing lifestyle custom apparel for the destination retail market. He serves as CEO of the company with a mission to help people feel comfortable. To date Sportiqe collaborates with some of the most recognizable brands in the world. From the likes of the NBA, Nintendo, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame to Warner Bros., The Grand Ole Opry, and the Dave Matthews Band.
Matt has a lifelong passion in helping people, namely supporting people, their dreams, and being the best version of themselves. He serves on the board of a global NGO, which serves to address fundamental human needs of food, water, and peace (tprf.org). Matt is a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization and participates as board member for the Arizona Chapter
Married with a daughter, Matt enjoys skiing, yoga, travel and the life goal of always learning.
