Culture – The Heartbeat of Business with Jonathan Cottrell E12
On this month’s podcast, we hosted Jonathan Cottrell. Jonathan is a serial starter and knows life isn’t about himself. We learned about what makes a good culture tick and how to find your life’s purpose. This is a show you will not want to miss!
We work 40,50, sometimes even 60+ hours a week at our jobs. Culture is the most important aspect of us enjoying those hours. Learn more about what makes a good culture tick and how to find purpose in your pursuits.
Journeyage believes that one size training does NOT fit all. So, they’ve created a B2B platform that helps growing remote teams save up to 80% onboarding employees through personalized training at scale.
Jonathan Cottrell describes himself as a Jesus follower, family man, people lover, serial starter, community builder, tentmaker, Phoenix dweller, film nerd, iced americano addict, and cranial nudist. But really, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Ever since the first business he started at age 11, he’s been starting things from scratch and serving the Phoenix community in myriad ways, from being the instigator behind #yesphx and PHX Startup Week all the way to his current focus as CEO of Journeyage.
Much more importantly, He’s been married to the love of his life, Nicole, since 2005, and together they have three precocious kids, Riley, Tolan, and Beckett. Jonathan invites you to learn more about—and connect with—him on his blindingly pink website at JonathanCottrell.com.
