The Arizona Homeowners Coalition is collection volunteers from across the state working to help the 3.5 million homeownes living in common interest communities understand their rights and obligations under the law. c
They work to teach both homeowners and community board members not what they can or cannot do but rather what they should to to promote a happy and healthy community. They also seek to advocate for these homeowners with the state legislature and with the Governor’s office but not only preparing and proposing legislation to preserve and protect homeowner’s rights but also provide the legislators the perspective of these homeowner on other bills being considered in every session.
The Coalition does not seek government intervention into the business or government oversight for these communities or the companies that manage them, but rather they seek to provide the protections afforded every homeowner under well established Property Servitude Common law to preserve their constitutional, contract and property rights while living in these Common Interest Communities.
