Since founding Resolute in 2008 with his partner, John Mitchell, to address what was perceived to be a contrarian play to a booming market, Jeremiah Foster has taken the lead when it comes to business development and real estate activities for the firm. His day to day functions also include advising creditors, equity holders and enterprises in their navigation of many phases of a turnaround, acquisition or divestiture plans.
Mr. Foster is best described as a serial entrepreneur who finds success by adding vision and leadership to voids he identifies in the markets where he participates. Whether it was as a major part of growing a startup company from single digit employees to a $100M NASDAQ IPO (IGOI) or building his own company that was eventually sold, he has been driven by the thrill of building successful ventures. His career has included stints in technology, commercial real estate, and commercial loan workouts. Adept at creating relationship-based sales and marketing strategies with a keen sense of business, Mr. Foster continues to find exceptional results with each business ventures.
To date, Mr. Foster has personally been involved in the sale of more than $550MM in real estate, the management of 2MM square feet of commercial space, more than 2,000 units of multi-family housing and 1,000 hotel keys.
He is active in the community through his participation as a member of the Executive Committee for Junior Achievement of Arizona, Scottsdale Public Art Advisory Board, Arizona Town Hall, Urban Land Institute, Turnaround Management Association and Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Arizona.

As co-founder and CEO of Sportiqe, Matt Altman is a Phoenix native who spent more than a decade as the director of merchandise for the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks and NHL’s Arizona Coyotes where he oversaw all retail operations including buying, sourcing, designing, product development, inventory, sales and logistics for Talking Stick Arena and Chase Field.
In 2006, Altman co-founded Sportiqe, a global, lifestyle apparel company, that is committed to delivering elevated basics using high-quality fabrics, innovative designs and on-trend fit that not only look and feel good, but provide superior comfort no matter the occasion. Sportiqe quickly became a household name amongst some of the most recognizable brands, athletes and celebrities in the world after landing a licensing deal with the NBA early on and being amongst the first apparel companies to bridge the gap between the sports fan and fashion world.

Altman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business from the University of Arizona. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as practicing yoga, skiing, travelling and living his life with the goal of always learning.
