Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen was founded in 1993. We are a full service law firm devoted to representing businesses, nonprofits, individuals and community associations. With offices in Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, San Diego, Durango, Salt Lake City, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, we have more than 40 attorneys providing legal services to our clients. We handle a variety of practice areas and have the resources to handle nearly any issue encountered by our clients.

Before attending the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, Anjali Patel obtained her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology from Arizona State University with a Certificate in the History and Philosophy of Science. During law school, Anjali had the tremendous opportunity to intern with Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Washington, D.C. and extern for Federal District Court Judge Stephen McNamee.
Admitted to practice in Arizona since 2010, Anjali has assisted countless individuals, nonprofit associations, small businesses, and independent contractors in a wide variety of matters ranging from new entity formation and contracts negotiation to criminal defense. Throughout her career, she has focused on detailed legal research and analysis as well as thoughtful and practical solutions to address her clients’ needs.
In her free time, Anjali enjoys spending time with her family as well as creating and supporting the arts, from painting to attending live theater and everything in between.
Kellie Callahan joined the firm in 2007 and became a Shareholder at the firm in 2016. She practices in both Arizona and New Mexico. Kellie oversees the firm’s Enforcement practice group and focuses her practice on civil litigation, general counsel representation and insurance defense. Kellie represents small businesses, nonprofit corporations, planned communities and condominiums. She also has significant experience in collections litigation, electronic discovery disputes, business and employment law issues, and with respect to serving as general counsel to the firm’s business and planned community and condominium clients.
Kellie has served as a member of the CAC-CAI Public Relations Committee, as a liaison to the CAC-CAI Education Committee, and has taught numerous community association related courses through AACM and the Leadership Centre. Kellie is originally from Boston and is an avid Boston sports fan.
Alexis Firehawk practices in the areas of business law and litigation. She focuses on entity formation and dissolution, securities, general counsel, and civil litigation. Alexis counsels nonprofit and for-profit organizations of all sizes, across industries, regarding business transactions and strategy, capital market transactions, intellectual property disputes, and conflict resolution.
Alexis’ practice includes advising companies, boards of directors, and individuals on statutory and regulatory compliance; assisting clients with respect to employment and consulting agreements, contract interpretation and negotiation; and advising clients with regard to compliance with internal policy and procedure.
Alexis also represents companies on both sides of civil litigation, bringing affirmative claims and providing litigation defense.
Prior to joining the firm she created corporate policy for global companies and advised on Information Governance and eDiscovery issues including privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
