LEADERSHIP LOWDOWN Brad Klein with Paid in Full and Thomas Ferraro Jr with ajile Media Group
Paid In Full began collection operations in 2002 and since that time has grown to become one of the most effective service organizations in the industry. We have found that to be successful, the collector must utilize non-alienating communication techniques to achieve payment, because if the collection process makes an enemy of your consumer, payment is much less likely to be secured.
We contact each account in a spirit of cooperation, not as an adversary. Our goal is to help the consumer to get their bill paid.
Bradley S. Klein graduated from Saguaro High School in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1985 and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Commercial Communications in 1989 from Fort Lewis College located in Durango, Colorado.
After graduating from Fort Lewis, Brad managed the group tour division of Cerkvenik-Anderson Travel. He was responsible for the sales, coordination and implementation of vacations for over 10,000 people each summer from Arizona as well as other states in the Southwest, West and Northwest. Brad went on to form his own automobile brokerage which became Azcar Capital, Inc.
For over twelve years, Brad specialized in acquiring and selling low mileage off-lease vehicles to more than a thousand satisfied customers. Brad transitioned the company from an automobile brokerage to an investment company in 2004.
Brad is currently the President of Paid In Full, Inc., a Phoenix, Arizona collection agency which he and his wife formed in 2002. Brad is charged with managing and overseeing the daily operations of Paid In Full. His duties include the monitoring of collection letters, calls and processes, coordinating legal efforts, client relations, business development, etc.
Through Brad’s efforts and those of his staff of highly talented collection professionals, Paid In Full achieves a successful recovery rate that is nearly three times the industry average. Brad also manages several other companies that specialize in the acquisition, collection and litigation of charged-off consumer credit portfolios.
Brad is a Director of the Arizona Collectors Association, a Delegate of ACA International (formerly American Collectors Association), a member of the Receivables Management Association and he is a member of the Executives’ Association of Greater Phoenix.
