Michelle Mason has a passion for travel and service to others that led her to the hospitality industry. Michelle is a dedicated hospitality professional with more than 25 years of global experience in hotels and the meeting procurement industry. Prior to launching her EventPrep franchise, Michelle held a diverse career in hotel operations, global hospitality project management, corporate meeting procurement, and managing a global sales organization.
Michelle is a sought after hospitality industry consultant who previously worked in a variety of roles with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, as a member of the corporate team at Best Western International, and on the corporate team at HelmsBriscoe – a global meeting procurement company. Michelle has a number of awards and accolades throughout her career for achievement and high guest satisfaction.
A graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree at the W.A. Franke College of Business in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Michelle currently resides on the NAU HRM National Council of Industry Professionals as a mentor and advisor to faculty and students. As an EventPrep ® franchise owner, Michelle and her team provide exemplary service as a partner with her clients and the hospitality community.
