Shannon Simonson is the President of RENCO Roofing. He co-founded the company with his brother-in-law Lon Kumpula in 2004. Shannon’s late father joined the ownership team for many years and then sold out before passing away of cancer a few years back. Shannon has served as the President of the company since inception and has had roles in the sales and business development of the company throughout. His time is now spent mostly on company growth, leadership and the culture of the company; these areas are where his passion lies within the company.
RENCO Roofing has grown into a key player in the roofing industry in the Valley of the Sun in recent years. The company has grown consistently since it was started and has great plans to continue its growth. Initially the company started out as a roofing and commercial remodeling company. A few years later, the company chose to focus on what it does best: Roofing! RENCO serves the residential, commercial and multi-family association markets, focusing in re-roofing for all of these markets. The primary roofs that are installed by the company currently are foam, tile, shingle along with maintaining existing flat roofs and walk decks.

Michael Donley is President and CEO of Donley Service Center Inc. He began his career in 1988 in Tucson, Arizona with the Sheraton Hotel Corporation. In April of 1990 Mr. Donley was hired at Donley Service Center and has held a series of leadership positions during his DSC career, including General, Service, and Sales manager. Mr. Donley also played a key role in creating and leading the transition in to the plumbing and solar service business.
Mr. Donley is a Phoenix native and graduate of Sunnyslope high school and Northern Arizona University. Mr. Donley is active in both the service industry and the Phoenix community. Mr. Donley is the past President of the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix and past President of the Electric League of Arizona and a board member for the BBB. He previously held the position of President of the Arizona Family Business Alliance and board member of the Sun Devil Club. Mr. Donley is a member of the Vistage international, the Phoenix Thunderbirds, Camelback Kiwanis, and has volunteered as a football coach at Christ Lutheran School and golf coach at Sunnyslope high school.

Jodi is a devoted single parent who volunteers her time at her daughters’ school programs and with organizations such as Angel Mamas, where she’s served on the board for three years.
