Atlis Motor Vehicles is a vertically integrated EV technology ecosystem company and the first battery manufacturer to be fully owned and operated in the US. The company is leveraging its intellectual properties and U.S. manufactured battery innovations to support electric mobility and energy storage solutions.

The Atlis Ecosystem consists of superior Battery Cell and Pack technologies, Grid Level Energy Storage Solutions, Charging Infrastructure, Platform and Medium-Duty Electric Mobility Solutions, and Over-Air Cloud Management – all wrapped in AMV’s seamless subscription-based models.

Mark Hanchett is the CEO & Founder of Atlis Motor Vehicles. With more than 10 years of experience in product development engineering body camera and Taser products for law enforcement at Axon, Mark pivoted to combine his engineering technology expertise with his love of trucks.

He founded Atlis Motor Vehicles in 2016 in his garage, near Mesa, Arizona, to meet the need for an electric work truck.  A native of northern Michigan, Mark is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Annie Pratt, President of Atlis Motor Vehicles, is a creative problem solver with a background in product management, design, and business. After studying Product Design at Stanford, she kicked off her career at Axon Enterprise, where she built an independent business unit on its own P&L with dedicated sales, marketing, manufacturing, and quality functions.

In 2019, she joined Atlis, serving as the company’s President since April 2020, and overseeing marketing, sales, finance, people operations, and legal functions to build the electrified future of work.
