Mitch has represented small startup companies to large corporate clients who are seeking the optimal property for their needs. Royal Commercial Real Estate LLC was formed when the founding members decided that there had to be a better approach to commercial real estate with a focus on the individual client’s needs and more personal service rather than the plain vanilla approach of many firms. Thirty years of collective commercial real estate experience in brokerage, property management, development and investing taught the firm’s founders many important lessons about how to succeed in the difficult world of commercial and investment real estate.
