Overcome and Heal E24

How does one find their voice, peace, and health after a traumatic event or past? The experts on this episode of Collaborative Connections Radio Show and Podcast explain how.

Host, Kelly Lorenzen, was joined on-air by special guests Michelle Jones, President of Trauma Integration LLC, Tristine Bogle, Owner of Good Habits Nutrition, and Amanda Schneider, Executive Director of Amplify Voices.

These amazing women shared personal stories, expert opinions, tips, and resources that will help anyone who has struggled with nutrition, dieting, trauma, sex trafficking, and/or sexual assault.
