During his career at Google, Rani discovered the power of branding and how it can make or break a company. It became his personal mission to bring better branding to Arizona and started AtticSalt in 2014. On a daily basis the team at AtticSalt works with innovative products and organizations to define and design disruptive brands that cut through the digital noise of the modern world.
“Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by human behavior; what makes people tick and the motivations driving their decisions. Method acting gave me the ability to dive deep into a character’s psyche in order to be able to act as if I were that person. It taught me about how the tiniest of life events can be a cataclysmic shift in a person’s life choices.

Srini is a seasoned global business leader with experiences in Fortune 500 and start-up environments. He has led organizations in fast paced environments across the globe.
Srini is a Chemical Engineer and a graduate of Thunderbird School of International Management. In his free time, he enjoys Tennis, Golf & hiking the great trails of the world.
