She has always been a writer since early childhood. She graduated from University of Arizona, and then attended UCLA Screen Writers Extension in Los Angeles, where she got into script writing.
When asked to develop the Northern CA area for a nutraceutical company, she moved to San Francisco for what she thought would be one year. That turned into ten years and starting in public relations.
She attributes her success to being able to find ‘the compelling story’ in anyone – and getting that story out in a compelling and newsworthy way.
