THINK FIT-GET FIT-STAY FIT The Athlete Project with Co-Founder Stephen Streich
The Athlete Project is a youth baseball and softball academy in Chandler, Arizona. They train players age 8-18 through their indoor facility The TAP House, as well as out on the field. Currently The Athlete Project has 50 members at their facility as well as 70 players on teams; 11u, 13u 14u and 18u.
Stephen Streich was born and raised here in Phoenix and attended Brophy College Prep. He was a member of the school’s only state championship baseball team in 2006 and received a scholarship to play division 1 baseball.
After a four year career at the University of Utah, which included setting the school record for most games pitched in and a conference championship, he went back to school- receiving his Masters in Sports Management and MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
Before opening The TAP House, he worked in Lean Innovation consulting for Fortune 500 companies; helping them act more like startups.

Scott Marsh is the Founder and Owner of Mind and Body Strengthening which is the culmination of working in the Physical Therapy and Fitness Industry for 26 years. Scott is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and a Professional Member of the Medical Fitness Network. Scott also donates his time to the New Warrior Program, which he started to help recruits with their nutrition and physical training before they leave for Boot-camp.
