Vanessa Chac is the Founder, President and CEO of 99Boon: an advanced analytics, business intelligence solutions company that helps businesses optimize performance, manage risk, grow revenue, and establish a competitive advantage in the market place. In 1996, she was one of the many first women in the tech industry. She worked as a System Analyst, Network Engineer, and Application Developer for companies like United Way, Wells Fargo, CHASE bank and Kitchell to name a few.
Result oriented, innovative and forward driven thinking has led her to found 99Boon. Over two decades of hands-on technology experience and entrepreneurship, Vanessa owned, managed, developed, supported, and enhanced application systems for businesses across multiple verticals.
She has led operational excellence with Enterprise IT strategy and development. Her initiatives and leadership directed the conversion program of ERP system to Windows server & SQL database resulted in over $2 million savings in support costs.
With cross-functional team leadership, Vanessa helped organizations align technology to business goals by implementing self-service data strategy to provide users with easy access to enterprise-level data resources for various business improvements rendered an increase of $5 million in annual revenues.
Vanessa speaks four languages. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with honors from DeVry University.
Dat Quach is the Co-founder and Vice President of 99Boon. He is a technology leader in Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions.
Prior to co-founding 99Boon, Dat served as an expert advisor in BI technologies and data architecture to solve informational needs to major corporations such as TriWest Health, Choice Hotels, Imaging Advantage, Wells Fargo and many other Fortune 500 companies.
With over 20 years of experience as a Director of IT Strategy and Program Management, Dat has spearheaded Data Governance initiatives to establish and develop new data standards. His leadership helped in expanding governance to support cross-functional business groups such as sales, marketing, finance, and other internal groups.
He has championed and delivered over $10 million cutting-edge Data Strategies and IT roadmap infrastructures for business intelligence initiatives to support high-quality data visibility across the entire enterprise to reduce operational costs and increase future growth.
Dat earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems degree from DeVry University.

Tina Clemmons, President and Founder of De Novo Scan, LLC, has always had an interest in the health industry in several capacities. Being around her grandparents’ Kentucky farm for most of her childhood played a large role in her interest in nutrition and how food affects our body’s health. She went on to school to become a Registered Dietitian. While working in a hospital and a couple of nursing homes, she decided that that kind of medical environment wasn’t playing to her heartstrings.
After a great career for over 5 years as Vice President of Equipment Financing for a now $25B company and over 10 years overall experience in the medical equipment finance industry, she turned back to the “healthcare” arena by starting her own thermal imaging company.
Combining her studies in sciences such as anatomy & physiology, microbiology & biochemistry with her expertise in nutrition and food science and experience in working with doctors and healthcare facilities, she understands what is good and what is bad for our bodies and will assist you in working through the recommendations provided by your thermal imaging results. She is dedicated to helping you feel your very best.
Her company, De Novo Scan, Clinical Thermography offer women (and men) the option of radiation-free, pain-free breast and body imaging. “Thermography is the ONLY non-invasive risk assessment tool available today,” says Clemmons.
Tina loves golfing, hiking, Amazon shopping, traveling outside the U.S. and loving on her dog, Jaz, in her down time.
