Luis Guardado is a highly engaged professional with 11 years of proven experience leading Project Management Offices (PMO) across Latin America, He has served in different multinationals as HSBC, TELUS International, and the United Nations; in this last experience, he was responsible for the Presidential Strategy Implementation in El Salvador.
Since 2014, he has been working as Regional Director of PMO and Business Development at OneLink, being responsible of the design and flawless execution for the company Strategy, generating value through the regional Project Portfolio Implementation, and Commercial- Business Development efforts across the region (6 countries – México, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador). Since 2018, he has co-led The Corporate Innovation and Digital Transformation Unit along with the CIO.
He holds a master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration and Innovation, and he is an expert in project rescue and recovery methodology. In addition, he has served as a lecturer and university professor since 2008 teaching classes in Strategy and Portfolio and Project Management, Business Development, Design Thinking and Neurosemantics conferences
In addition, he has represented several boards of educational institutions and NGOs dedicated to promoting knowledge sharing, entrepreneurial projects, and social assistance with the focus of helping communities in need.
The year 2021 has been a hugely rewarding year for OneLink’s EMPO.
