Tim Schwarz w/ Law Office of Tim Schwarz
Tim Schwarz is the founder of the Law Office of Tim Schwarz, where he works representing parents seeking appropriate support services from school districts throughout north Georgia.
He graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in Philosophy in 2003. Mr. Schwarz graduated from Emory Law School in 2007. At law school, he was a member of the Emory Law Journal. His comment, Cases Time Forgot: Why Judges Can Sometimes Ignore Controlling Precedent was published in the 2007 volume of the journal.
After graduating from Emory, Mr. Schwarz worked for two years at the Staff Attorneys’ Office of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the federal appeals court in downtown Atlanta, GA. At the Eleventh Circuit, he worked on a variety of subjects, including civil rights and discrimination cases.
Mr. Schwarz also writes the Georgia Special Education Law Blog, explaining parents’ and students’ special education rights to help families advocate more effectively with the school district.

Prior to founding Titus Law, Mathew received his undergraduate degree at Baylor University graduating magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He went to law school at Emory University where he was inducted into the Order of Advocates and received a mark of highest distinction for trial practice.
Mathew previously worked at a preeminent insurance defense and corporate litigation firm in Atlanta. He now takes the expertise he learned while working to defend the largest insurance companies in America to represent injured individuals bring claims against those insurance companies.
Mathew lives in Alpharetta, with his amazing wife, Victoria, and their two kids.
Carol Williams w/ Carol Williams Law Group
Carol, with the Carol Williams Law Group, received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. Carol is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association here in Atlanta. She has over 15 years of experience with immigration matters. She has practiced immigration in Virginia, Washington, DC, Florida and now Atlanta, GA.
Prior to starting her own form she worked for US Citizenship and Immigration Services in Washington, DC. where she was worked on immigration policy, wrote the laws and monitoring pending legislation from Congress. Having worked in USCIS, Carol brings a unique perspective to her clients on their immigration matters.
