REV77 President Yong Lee E3
There are many mental health components that go along with being a leader or entrepreneur. It can feel overwhelming and lonely at times. But, you don’t have to do it alone.
Yong Lee, president of Rev77, gave some great advice and insight about being a business owner on this episode of MAC6 Community Connection. He said that instead of just using “a guy you know” to help you with something in your business, find the right professional to outsource to. Finding a trusted resource to help you will be worth the money in the long run. Doing all the work yourself or hiring someone who is cheap is not worth the mental stress.
Yong says, genuinely caring about your customer is key and knowing that they are the boss helps keep him accountable to someone.
If you are an entrepreneur or leader in the community, tune in to this episode of MAC6 Community Connection Radio Show and Podcast. Jennifer Burdwell, Kyle McIntosh, and Yong Lee gave great tips and advice about business ownership, leading a team, caring about your customer and more.
The days of digital marketing being a niche, optional advertising tool are long gone. Businesses of all sizes and in all different verticals know the importance of having robust search advertising campaigns, a properly optimized web presence and impeccable reputation management.

The digital marketing specialists at REV77 have decades of experience reaching people at each part of the customer journey. Regardless of where you’re located or what type of budget you’re working with, REV77 can develop an effective digital marketing strategy to make sure you’re top of mind and easy to find when someone near you is looking for the products or services you offer.
Yong Lee, President of REV77, has accrued more than 20 years of executive leadership experience at start-ups and public corporations and has spent the past three years in the digital marketing space.
Yong has been responsible for fulfilling on a $180 million media budget for 47 local TV stations at TEGNA, Inc. and was GM of GoDaddy’s $80 million reseller business unit, which executed many reseller/channel partnerships including with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Costco, Automattic and more.
ABOUT YOUR MAC6 COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS CO-HOSTS
With a background in marketing, in various for profit and not for profit companies, Kyle McIntosh wondered, “How can I pair the passion and commitment to community progress of a non-profit with the sustainability and reach of a for profit company?” From this question and perspective a mission evolved to tear down the false distinction between the two sectors and to promote companies with Conscious Capitalism® business models through MAC6.
Kyle is the President and Creative Excitant of MAC6. Day to day, his main operational role is on the “spaces” side of the business, focusing on creating thriving communities in the commercial office buildings, the co-working space, and the co-manufacturing space. The other role that he plays is that of EOS implementer, working with clients to bring the Entrepreneurial Operating System, from the book Traction® to their businesses. Additionally, he sits on the boards of Conscious Capitalism Arizona, telling the stories of good businesses in Arizona, and The Tempe Chamber of Commerce, sustaining Tempe’s quality of life and keeping our community and economy vibrant.
Kyle loves Arizona and wants to see us all collectively find great success based on the awesome things that are happening here every day.
