John, a veteran business litigator and business attorney, discusses his new book, An Insider’s Guide on Hiring a Business Attorney. John wrote the book because he has repeatedly seen small legal issues that could have been easily resolved with some legal advice on the front end turn into large (and expensive) legal problems.
John determined that many business executives and owners may simply not know how to go about finding, evalulating, interviewing, hiring, and working with a business attorney. The book provides a concise, step-by-step guide regarding these issues. The book is available on Amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com and through other distribution outlets.
