Steve Waddell/NASONI
NASONI ’s Founder, Steve Waddell, began his 25-year career at Newport News Shipbuilding, building the most advanced nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines the world has ever seen. As an apprentice, he graduated with academic honors and went on to become a Nuclear Refueling Engineer, responsible for refueling a reactor plant aboard the USS Enterprise, the most complex nuclear refueling effort ever undertaken at the shipyard.
In 2015, after getting tired of tilting his head under the faucet to rinse after brushing and thinking “there has to be a better way”, and, after being inspired by Shark Tank, Steve decided to take what he had learned in designing and building the world’s most complex ships, and apply it to reinventing the bathroom faucet. And the results speak for themselves. NASONI’s Fontanina Fountain Faucet is about to become the world’s best faucet, having won numerous awards for its unique, innovative design.
Don Muntner/Product QuickStart
Product QuickStart was created out of a passion to meet the product development, prototyping, and manufacturing needs of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small companies. In their careers, they’ve met way too many inventors and would-be product entrepreneurs that have been taken advantage of in this industry, so they decided to do something about it. There is no shortage of engineers, marketing people, and “submission companies” that will gladly take your money and get you nowhere. That’s not Product QuickStart. Their goal is to be honest operators, and do everything they can to help clients understand what they are getting into and their odds of success.
