Whitney Torres, Energy Consultant, New Homes at SunPower Corporation
Whitney Torres is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with a passion for renewable energy and environmental stewardship. Currently, Whitney serves as an Energy Consultant at SunPower, a leading global solar panel manufacturer and project developer. Prior to joining SunPower, Whitney served as a commercial Accounts Executive for Meridian Solar. Preceding her work in the solar industry, Whitney served as the Network Developer for the nation’s leading functional employment testing company, WorkSTEPS. Whitney was a founding member of the Leadership Council for CleanTX, an organization whose mission is to promote and support the growth of Central Texas’ advanced energy economy. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Certificate in Business Foundations from the Red McCombs School of Business.
