Paris Davis, Washington Federal
Paris Davis has been a member of Washington Federal since 1984. Today, Davis serves as the Arizona retail banking division manager at Washington Federal. In her role, she is responsible for the operations at the bank’s branches in Phoenix, Sun City, Sun City West, Glendale, Goodyear and Yuma. She also graduated from the Washington Federal Executive Leadership Academy and served as the 2015 Washington Federal United Way campaign co-captain, raising a record-setting $515,000. Davis spearheads the bank’s partnership with Take Charge America, which was developed to enable Washington Federal to offer financial education to those in need, and helps local branches with their “Save at School” community education programs. She is also a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council and the Washington Federal Foundation board.

Doug Reynolds, Washington Federal
Doug Reynolds is 30-year banking veteran focused on commercial real estate, with past leadership roles within Western National Bank, Sunrise Bank and Bank of Arizona. Today, he serves as SVP of Washington Federal in Arizona, overseeing the Commercial Real Estate Division for 31 branches statewide. He is past-chair of Southwestern Business Financing Corporation and a multi-year People to Know in Real Estate honoree.

Dennis Webb, Fulton Homes
Dennis Webb is the Vice President of Operations for Fulton Homes where he oversees sales, marketing, operations, and the Fulton Homes Design Center. In his 22 years there he has led the charge of using technology combined with past retail experience to help transform the company into one of the most advanced homebuilders in the country in the areas of customer experience, operations, and marketing. He has also been instrumental in moving Fulton Homes towards energy efficiency as Fulton Homes was the first builder in the country to have built all of its homes to Energy Star version 3 standards. Fulton Homes has been recognized as Energy Star’s Partner of the Year and Indoor airPLUS leader award winners each of the past four years, the only builder in the country to do so.
