Thyme to Cater is a local, professional full-service caterer in Jackson County; serving all of Northeast Georgia. Chef Keith Mosser has more than 26 years experience in the food service industry. He lived in Europe for 8 years after high school where he attended culinary school in Florence, Italy. Then apprenticed under
world renowned chef, Johann Lafer in Stromberg, Germany.
Chef Keith worked at several other michelin star restaurants before returning to the US where he spent some years at Chateau Elan where he met his wife Mindy. They moved to Ohio for 12 years where they opened and operated the original Thyme to Cater company for nearly ten of those. Family brought them back to Georgia in 2017, where they made a home in Jefferson with their five children. Keith and Mindy are happy to serve friends and neighbors in Jackson County with Thyme to Cater (2.0). Thyme to Cater has a great reputation of amazing food and service.
