They also shared valuable perspectives about the past, present and future.

Alyssa Samuelson was born and raised near Des Moines, Iowa. After high school, she decided to venture west and attended The University of Arizona. She received an incredible education from the university and loved the Arizona weather, even the summers!
After working in Tucson at a small software company for a year after college, she relocated to Scottsdale and accepted a position with a small software company. Her personal aspirations lead her in the direction of real estate within 2 years. She came upon an opportunity with a small real estate company she subsequently purchased in 2004.
Since that time, the company has changed and grown dramatically. She loves what she does and enjoys working with her clients and helping them with their real estate needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, practicing and teaching yoga (she is also a certified yoga instructor), hiking, tennis, attending sporting events, relaxing with her pets, and bonding with her close group of friends. She feels very blessed and truly enjoys her career and that it supports her ability to also focus on other parts of her life such as family and friends.

Alison Stine is the Founder of Stine Wealth Management. She began her investment career in 2013 as a Financial Representative, as her passion lies in helping others.
Alison obtained her Securities licenses in 2014. Alison was promoted to Vice President in 2018 after earning her General Securities Principal license. She earned her Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation in 2019, as her practice has a focus on planning for the distribution of assets in retirement. She went independent and founded Stine Wealth Management in 2020.
Civic duty is important to Alison. She is the President of the PhoenixCats through the University of Arizona’s Alumni Association, she volunteers through New Pathways for Youth to mentor an at-risk youth, she is the Vice Chair of the Women in Business Council through the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, and an Inaugural Member of the Eller Alumni Advisory Council.
Alison lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband Billy & their dog Jordy.
Stine Wealth Management has a focus on putting clients first. Alison enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients, and loves to see their plan unfold and adjust as time goes on. She meets with clients face-to-face (or virtually) to help plan their financial futures.
Alison has much experience in retirement planning, risk management, tax-efficient strategies, and helping clients through the 3 phases of wealth: accumulation, distribution, and wealth transfer. Alison prides herself on educating her clients and communicating regularly.

Brightside Mortgage was founded by Tammy and her husband, Bill, with the idea of breaking down the old stereotypes of mortgage lending. Their aim is to work in partnership with their clients to create an enjoyable mortgage lending process.
The Brightside team advocates for their borrowers empowering them to own the process while providing guidance based upon the borrower’s individual needs. They are a mortgage broker which means they have access to multiple lenders and can shop around to find the best deal for each client.
Tammy Schulze was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and moved to Phoenix in 2001. She graduated from Cheney High School and Eastern Washington University. She didn’t always know she wanted to be a Mortgage Broker, but she did always know she wanted to help people.
She has an overwhelming commitment to her clients, striving to make sure each person she interacts with feel special and important. When she is not working, she loves to hang out with her three teenagers and husband hiking, walking on the beach and playing games (especially Escape Rooms).
